Over the period of Dec 2010 and Jan 2011, I purchased a Subaru 2002 WRX from Adelaide Vehicle Centre Melrose Park and I was very happy with the service I received.

Buying a car is usually a big decision but Ken and Dominik made it as stress-free and pleasant as it could be. I'll start by illustrating that they had help me sort out the misunderstanding about an encumbrance on my trade-in car without me having to worry about it. Much appreciation there. Secondly, they gave information about the previous owner and how they looked after the car. Negotiation was a pleasant experience where I was given my space to think about the purchase without pressure.

During the run-in of the car, there were some teething problems like the air-con not working and to my surprise after a long drive for my holiday trip, the radiator head had given way with a crack. After bringing it back to Ken and Dominik, they had the problems fixed up without hesitation and the car was returned to me within 2 days! This is exactly how car dealers should be working, providing competitive prices, quick and honest service to all their customers. You guys have done very well.

The car now purrs like a tiger and runs well. Keep up the good work and may you guys have another excellent year ahead!

Just wanted to say another BIG thank you to the guys at Adelaide Vehicle Centre. We have just purchased our 4th vehicle from your company since 2006. We dealt with Herson and found him to be very friendly and willing to help fulfill our needs. We can honestly say we will be back in the future, as we have been happy with every vehicle we have purchased. For now it is time to concentrate on our new family car with our new addition to the family expected very soon. Thanks again guys!
