In business (and perhaps more particularly in the car sales business) people are eager to criticize poor service yet fail to highlight a good experience. Dear Manager,
This is something that I very rarely do, however this time I feel it a very important thing to do.

On Wednesday 23rd of this month, June 2004, along with my son, I went looking for a car at your establishment, and was greeted by one of your salesman named David Hall. I was looking for a Commodore and saw one that I was interested in.

David, from the beginning came across a very polite and well mannered person. In my years of buying cars I must admit that there are some sales people that are very pushy and rude. David was not. Any question I asked he knew the answer to, he really knew his product.

We then took it for a test drive, while we were out David explained further things about the car, which also impressed me.

Once we arrived back we sat down, made a deal and I bought the car. I would like to say David was once of the best sales people I have ever met, and that it should be recongnized that he is a credit to your company. I will definately be recommending David and your company to my family, friends and colleagues.

Hi there,
Not sure who will read this, but we just wanted to say thanks for a very pleasant experience recently, when we bought (from the South yard) a white 1994 EF falcon S/wagon.

Brian & Ashley were extremely helpful and courteous, going well out of their way to achieve a great result for all concerned. To those guys we say a big THANKYOU!! Compared to our previous POS (piece of sh**) the Falcon is like driving on clouds! Sure, the horn doesn't work, nor the cigarette lighter, but I'm sure Warranty should cover those.......won't they?

We would recommend you blokes to anyone, and will do so in the future I'm sure. If we're ever in the market again, we will come straight to you. Well, we shall stop blowing air up you now, but really, Thank you SO much for all your help. Both Brian & Ashley deserve a good pat on the back, and any incentive prize you fellas might run. Send 'em to Hawaii for 2 weeks!!
